How many sales leads will you generate for us?

Lead Generation volume depends on various factors like your product / service offered, your target segment, buying process of your buyers, sales cycle, your brand presence, is it a new product, are you entering into a new market, quality of the target list, historical lead conversion ratio, number of Lead Generation representatives involved in the project etc. Hence it’s a critical part of the strategic planning process in developing a successful campaign. Once we have a proper understanding about you and your requirement, we will share a plan that covers the objectives of the overall campaign.

What is your typical cycle to deliver results, how many days will it take for you to start generating leads?

Each campaign is different and there are various factors which determines the outcome of the campaign. Is it a new market or is it a mature market you are catering to, is it a new product being introduced, sales cycle, your target segment etc. We plan and work out a objective of the campaign, and measurable milestones  and a 30-60-90 days plan ahead of the project

Why should we consider outsourcing Sales Development, what is the benefit in outsourcing the activity?

According to recent surveys conducted several Sales and Marketing Leaders in hundreds of companies admit that their internal Sales Development teams were not achieving the assigned quota. Over 80% of the companies believed that their team outcome was not satisfactory. If you were to hire a SDR, the average cost is $75K and the average ramp up time taken is nearly 3 months. We already have an in-house sales team, does it make any sense for us to outsource it?

Can we only hire the SDR representatives on a need basis?

Overall Outbound sales development activity is collective effort. A good quality Target contact list, planning and designing the email campaigns with a great campaign pitch is also required to make the overall success in generating qualified leads and yes, SDR plays a key role in executing the campaign strategy. Kingfysher operates on a extremely flexible engagement model and if you would like to utilize only the SDR representatives, we can assign appropriate individual or a group of them to work along with your internal teams.

By working with you, will we be affected by the Do Not Call Legislation Act?

You have nothing to worry about the Do Not Call Legislation as the Federal Act is applicable when we make calls to residences. We call only the businesses which are exempt from the legislation.

For prospecting, does Kingfysher prepare its own target list?

If you have a specific target list of accounts you want us to focus on and share your target list, Kingfysher can prospect on the same list. If you want us to custom build a B2B target list, we can build it for you as we have strategic Data Partners who can build it based on the criteria and we offer it as an additional paid service. Apart from this, the SDR team does its own ad-hoc lead research on their own and approach relevant target companies.

What is your pricing model, how will I be charged?

One of the missions of Kingfysher is to offer an Extended Sales Support Team helping our clients set up a successful sales structure while operating on a highly flexible engagement model, and make it more effective as well as affordable. When we say we want offer a flexible engagement model, we mean we understand your existing sales structure and set up and understand the objective behind you partnering with us and accordingly offer only what you require, instead of offering full package services. Hence our pricing would vary on a need basis. We can offer you a subscription package for an entire team, or individual SDR’s who will be billed on a per-hour basis or we can also consider charging on a pay-per-lead basis depending on various factors. At the same time, since we want to be affordable, we offer most competitive pricing compared to the market.

Do you offer B2C (Business to consumer) sales support as well?

Kingfysher primarily specializes in B2B Sales Support. B2C campaigns require a different set of temperament and technique. It is handled by a separate team of junior sales representative. We have an in-house senior management who carry expertise in B2C sales and customer support as well. On a need basis, we have supported a couple of our customers for B2C Tele Marketing, hence we can help you set up and manage B2C sales / Customer support teams.
